History

CPS Chemicals was established in March 1993.
Initially 3 shareholders: Nick Colepeper, Raj Singh & Glenn Peters.
2006 – Glenn Peters is bought out. Nick Colepeper and Raj Singh become joint owners.
CPS Chemicals is a private company with its headquarters in Durban and offices in Johannesburg.

2012 – Both partners realised it was time to take their successful company to the next level by recognising objectives such as growth, profitability, sustainability and succession planning – all required to facilitate the envisaged expansion. Their succession plan was put into action by forming two subsidiary companies – CPS Chemicals-Oil-Tech (Pty) Ltd and CPS Chemicals-Coatings (Pty) Ltd, with two additional shareholders in each of these companies.

Warehousing

CPS Oil-Tech utilise specialist third party warehousing and have facilities to load/offload FCL's.

Our distribution covers Southern Africa as a whole with a large and continuously growing customer base. We strive for delivering with utmost proficiency in both our logistics and administration.

Third party blending is facilitated for our clients.
